About
I am a researcher in human-computer interaction and information visualization. I recently completed my PhD in Technology at Purdue University, advised by Dr. Paul Parsons. My research studies technology-mediated creativity by examining how designers find and use inspiration, conceptualize creativity, and integrate AI tools into their creative practice.
I am currently an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science in the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at KIMEP University, Kazakhstan and a Senior Lecturer in the School of Information Technology and Applied Mathematics at SDU University, Kazakhstan.
